Tatsuo Suzuki

I am big fan of Tatsuo Suzuki. His photos are really honest, confronting but in a very proper way. He is one of the rare, huge talents in Japanese street photography scene.

I wonder what he shoots with. Looks like maybe tri-x.

Definably check him out in flickr:

Lajos Siro in Flickr

Great medium format monochrome images:

The stream is almost endless, there are tons and tons of images.I love the certain geometric style of Siro watching the flow of monochrome images in square format is almost meditative.

Simplicity is just never boring.

And it never gets old.

Yoshidamachi Gallery

Four of my photos under title “Japan 日本” will be exhibited in Yoshidamachi Gallery in Yokohama from this Monday until Saturday. It is ten minutes walk from Sakuragicho station.
I will also perform live in Saturday’s closing party. The other artist performing is my friend Vidya Murti. I hope to see you there.

Documentary of Pin Pin Co

I had great time shooting a documentary of Pin Pin Co yesterday. She is doing a project “More than the Face” in BankART NYK in Yokohama. I was really moved about her artistic style and execution.

My documentary will be finished in next weeks. On the mean while, you can learn more from Pin Pin Co at her website: http://pinpinco.com
